Its fundamental principles are to faithfully respond to customer needs and broadly contribute to society; accordingly, all employees recognize the importance of safeguarding personal information received from users. The company enforces and maintains the following based on Japanese Industrial Standards JISQ15001: requirement for the preservation of personal information in personal information protection management systems.

It has installed a "person responsible for personal information protection" who performs appropriate actions to protect the personal information of job applicants (users), client companies, and the employees of Neo Career Co., Ltd. This company is limited in scope to actions necessary to its business of occupational change support, job searching support, and employee placement. Those actions are designing, creating, and maintaining all manner of content and software; publishing job placement magazines; planning and operating job fairs; and engaging in employment consulting. To such ends alone, it acquires, uses, and provides personal information. When obtaining personal information, it will clearly indicate its intended use and provide a point of contact for inquiries. As a general rule, apart from legal demands, it will not use this information outside of the scope necessary to achieving the intended uses specified.
